Secondly, I would recommend you to add more crushed garlic with skin, because those fried up garlic gives more flavor to masala peanuts and they taste so yummy. Finally, sprinkle little water (3&1/2 tbsp of water is enough)and mix well until each peanut is coated well with the masala.
