Delivery processing time
Dunzo allowed only 12.5kg to place an order.
The order placed by you, will not be cancelled on same day.
If the shop is closed, the order will be process next day.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 
Delivery process for retail products
In order to provide you with the best possible experience with our website, we have partnered with Dunzo. Through this partnership, Dunzo will use its expertise to ensure your items are delivered quickly and safely.
If you purchase any of our products through the website, please be aware that the payment will be processed by Dunzo (and not [company name]), and all items you purchase will be delivered by Dunzo. Please contact Dunzo directly for any questions or issues related to products or delivery times.
Delivery for Wholesale products and Semi-wholesale products
Delivery will be done for the wholesaler and semiwholesaler all over Tamilnadu by the direct seller.An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 7 business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments
You can provide special delivery instructions for this order if you want to - for example, if you're having it delivered to your workplace and would like it left in a particular place. If you do not provide any delivery instructions, we will attempt to deliver the package to the address provided and leave it in a safe location. If there is no safe location at the address provided, we will contact you for further instructions. If we cannot reach you or are unable to find a safe place for your package, we will return it to our warehouse.
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at [phone number] or [email address]. If you can, please send pictures of the damaged packaging to our email.
Once you have reported the damage to us, please accept the package. Do not refuse delivery.
We will be in touch with you within 24 hours so we can replace your order.
